We are an association of members working to build community among our residents and to be an advocate within our city government.

Our focus areas include schools, safety, traffic, zoning, assessments, recreation, open space, environment, historical preservation and neighborhood impact.

We are a hub of communication within the community.

We are a voluntary organization which is non-commercial, non-sectarian and non-partisan.

Our directors live in Rosemary Gardens and dedicate hundreds of hours every year to organize community events, establish relationships with city leaders, advise on local events, and bring a neighborly feel to our group of over 400 homes.
