Tonight: Annual Neighborhood Meeting

The Rosemary Gardens Neighborhood Association board invites all neighborhood residents to join us for our annual neighborhood meeting tonight.

  • When: Tonight: February 26 from 6:30-8pm
  • Where: Bachrodt Elementary School Library
    102 Sonora Ave, San Jose CA 95110
  • Doors open at 6:00 — come early to socialize with other active community members!

Representatives from the following groups are expected to appear:

  • SJPD
  • San Jose City Council
  • San Jose Parks & Recreation

The annual neighborhood meeting is your opportunity to come together, meet other residents, and hear from community organizations, local government, and law enforcement.

Your RGNA board will keep working to make Rosemary Gardens a great place for families and one of the best neighborhoods in the city. We will achieve this through expanding the activities that are most effective in promoting residents to come together, including Spring Cheer, National Night Out, and the Holiday Walk.

The board will also continue to focus on promoting the safety and stability of our neighborhood. We are all safest and most secure when we are united together as a community. We encourage every member of our neighborhood to get to know your neighbors, participate in events when possible, and leverage city resources including San Jose 311.

Spring Cheer

Last year’s 3rd annual Spring Cheer was a great success, so we’re doing it again, and even bigger! The Rosemary Gardens Neighborhood Association Board has been accumulating more lawn games and refilling the bubble machine. This year there will be 50 kids goodie bags ready to be decorated and filled with numerous toys and treats. We’ll have family friendly music and snacks as well.

Community can be hard to find in the modern world, and we’re very lucky to live in a place where it can still be felt, even in the middle of a busy city. There is no charge to attend, and attendance is limited to Rosemary Gardens families. We hope to see you there!
