Last year’s 3rd annual Spring Cheer was a great success, so we’re doing it again, and even bigger! The Rosemary Gardens Neighborhood Association Board has been accumulating more lawn games and refilling the bubble machine. This year, there will be 50 kids goodie bags ready to be decorated and filled with numerous toys and treats. We’ll have family friendly music and snacks as well.
